What are the steps to place an order online?

Ordering from palmettogreetings is easy!

1. Choose your card, quantity and paper finish - then add to shopping cart.

2. Complete check out process noting information and customization requests.

3. Email photo(s) to be used on your card to: photos@palmettogreetings.com

If at any point you have a question, please feel free to email or call 843.364.2253. Once your order has been received, you will be contacted via your preferred method (email or telephone) to go over any specific design requests. You will always receive a front / back digital proof to approve before your card goes to print and are welcome to request modifications until it's just perfect!

Can I pre-order my birth announcements?

Absolutely! We do take pre-orders on birth announcements! The birth of your child is going to be a crazy but amazing time for you. Choose your design ahead of time and we will have it ready and waiting for your precious bundle's photos and information. This is a great way to get your announcements out within weeks of the birth of your child.

I like a design but do not like the colors, can I change it?

Yes. Please review our complimentary customizations which include font changes, color changes and more.

What types of paper/finishes do you offer on products?

We are pleased to announce our expanded paper options without price increases! We offer our stationery products on the following finishes: standard semi-gloss, u/v coated glossy, classic linen, watercolor, recycled and pearl. Not sure which paper to choose? Ask us for a recommendation or request a sample pack and see for yourself!

Do you require a minimum order?

Our minimum order for all cards is 25.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! We offer gift certificates in any amount and shipping is always free.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping email on the day we ship it and your fabulous cards will arrive in 2-3 days.
