At palmettogreetings, we take great pride in our product quality. Each order is hand set by a professional designer. We will always provide an electronic proof of your customized stationery product for review prior to printing. We understand that sometimes things change and are happy to assist you with your reorder, please contact us to discuss your options. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to discuss options to resolve the situation.

Customizations
We are happy to customize many parts of our cards to make them exactly what you'd like. Some of these customizations require additional work to the actual art file, therefore we charge a small customization fee. Please contact us via email or telephone to discuss your ideas!
Complimentary Customizations
Color palette and/or pattern:
•Modifying the design to reflect a different color palette or pattern found on the website.
Fonts:
•Changing the font style or color.
Photo Enhancement:
•Reducing red eye.
•Removing minor blemishes and improving skin tone.
•Correcting some minor lighting issues.
•Converting photo to black and white or sepia tone.
Miscellaneous
•Custom and/or additional text that does not require a change in the design layout.
Customization Charges
A $15 modified design charge may be applied for the following:
•Changing the design layout
A $25 custom design charge may be applied for the following:
•Extensive layout changes.
Notification of this charge is given prior to design changes being made.
Cancellations
If we have not started on your order, there is no charge to cancel. However, if we have provided your proof, there is a charge of $15. If we have already received your final approval on the proof and it has been sent to print, you will be responsible for the total order cost.
Refunds & Reprints
Refunds
We will make every effort to insure that your order is processed efficiently. However, in the event that:
•You are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to discuss options to resolve the situation.
•Order is delivered late, whether it arrived or not, we will determine the appropriate refund for all or a portion of your shipping.
•Rush or overnight shipping was selected and the package was shipped ground, we will refund your rush fee and the difference in shipping costs.
•Please note that if you have decided to use a photo that we have not recommended for printing, we cannot offer a refund.
Reprints
•Once a proof is approved for print, you are responsible for the cost of the printed order. Should an error occur on an approved proof, we will offer reprints at 25% off. We use the proofs to validate the text and layout of the work to avoid any errors on the final product. We cannot be held liable for mistakes noticed after printing.
•Colors can vary greatly between monitors. For this reason, we cannot offer reprints or refunds due to color differences between your proof and your final card. |
